How Does it Work?
The feasibility package is a one on one consulting program with me - Boaz David. I use my 20+ years in the industry working with hundreds of start-up fashion brands to study your idea and let you know if it is feasible. The package includes 5 steps:
First, I will send you a worksheet of questions for you to complete BEFORE we start.
I will then review it and we will schedule a quick half hour call to review your business concept so I will make sure i'm clear about the details, you will have a couple of small assignments in preparation for our next call.
We will then schedule a feasibility session where you and I we will roll up our sleeves and get to work! We will slice and dice your concept, and study every aspect of it. At the end of the session, you will have CLARITY about your idea, your options and whether its worth perusing, and how. Then we will create a strategy to execute it and a map out the next first steps for you to take.
We will scheuled a call where we will go deeper into the finacial planning of your business so you can have a clear view of what type of investmnet you’ll need and when can you expect to turn a profit.
We will schedule a follow-up call 1 week later to put together an action plan and a calander for your developmnet and production, answers any other open questions you might have and address any other matters that you need further clarity on.
We will end the program with a follow-up call 2 weeks later to review your progress and make sure you are on the right track moving forward.
