My name is Boaz David, I’m a business performance coach and I currently work with CEO's, COO's and business owners helping them become better leaders, achieve their goals and perform at the top of their ability, in both business and life!
I’ve been an entrepreneur for 20+ years (mostly in the fashion industry) and I’m passionate about helping people empower themselves, find their purpose, and transform into their authentic selves.

What is coaching?
Coaching is an ongoing partnership between coach and client designed to improve and enhance performance and quality of life. It is a catalyzing relationship that is about individuals and/or businesses identifying their purpose and living out of that purpose.
What is the difference between coaching and consulting?
There can be a fair amount of crossover between the two. There are consultants who use coaching skills and strategies as a basic part of their practice, and there are coaches who have backgrounds as consultants who integrate those skills into their coaching.
However, there is a different feel and focus to each of these two disciplines. They are different ways of working, and each has its own special value.
Consulting focuses on problem-solving, action plans, strategies, and accomplishing specific, significant goals, and It relies on the expertise of the consultant. It helps solve present-day problems in service of achieving desired goals for the future.
Coaching focuses on learning through action and on the partnership between self-discovery and sustainable action. It’s about the client creating a fulfilling life. It relays on the inner guidance of the client and the process of self-discovery. It’s future-oriented in service of making the present come alive. Coaching DOES NOT engage in deep feeling work on childhood issues. It is NOT therapy.
