How does it work?

First, we would get clarity on the brand's concept, identity, market value and goals, This phase includes an in-depth questionnaire and a brand interview, 

This phase includes:

·       Startup questionnaire and in-depth interview

·       Review of Brand's concept and goals

·       Review market positioning and brand's competition

·       Review the USP (Unique Selling Proposition) of the product/brand

·       Review of product categories

·       Review price points and feasibility of the products

·       Review of development and production options (domestic, offshore etc.)

·       Review budget

·       Review of business model (sales strategy, methods of production, distribution, margins)

What will you get?

After reviewing the brand in phase one, we will build a financial plan for the first 2 years in business. You will get:

·       Cost sheets for your products

·       A detailed monthly cash flow view for the first 2 years in business

Program timeline:

The program takes on average 4-6 weeks to complete. Progress and completion times will depend on size of the project, availability of details and response time from the brand.
