The program includes 3 one on one sessions. At the end of each session you will get homework to complete by the next session.
First, we would get clarity on the brand's concept, identity, market value and goals, This phase includes an in-depth questionnaire and a brand interview.
After reviewing the above and deciding on retila price point and business model, we will build a financial plan for the first 2 years in business.
