How the Program Works

  1. Choose a coaching tier — Monthly plan options based on your time commitment and needs.

  2. Schedule your sessions — We set a recurring calendar so you always know what’s next.

  3. Work together live — Each session focuses on your production challenges, questions, and next steps.

  4. Build momentum between calls — You can email for feedback and direction as needed in between sessions.

Terms Of Engagment

  • You must commit to at least three months of this program.

  • Sessions are conducted via voice or video calls, and are recorded so you can revisit insights anytime.

  • Sessions are available only on weekdays– usually between 10:00 – 3:00 pm EST.

  • You can upgrade to the next tier anytime if that is available.

  • Each one-on-one session with Boaz is 55 minutes long.

  • Depending on your chosen tier, the one-on-one sessions must be used that same month. There will be no rolling over of sessions to the next month.

  • If the customer requests an additional one-on-one session, it will be billed at $150 per session.

  • You will have a designated Dropbox folder to share worksheets and documents between sessions.

A. Apparel development and production consulting helps designers turn ideas into finished products by guiding them through materials, patterns, sampling, costing, sourcing, manufacturing, and production timelines.

Q. Will I have access to your manufacturers and suppliers in this program?

A. If there is a vendor or a factory that I know of or work with and is a good fit for you, I'd be happy to connect you with them as part of this program.

Q. What types of products do you support?

A. The program supports apparel, accessories, and soft goods across categories such as womenswear, menswear, knitwear, and lifestyle brands.

Q. Do I need a finished design before starting?

A. No. You can start with a rough idea, sketch, or concept. The consulting process adapts to your stage and helps you move forward step by step.

Q. WHat if I don’t know which program tier is right for me?

A. 1. If you spend 5-10 hours a week on your business - I recommend choosing 1 monthly session.

2. If you spend 10-20 hours a week on your business - I recommend choosing 2 monthly sessions.

3. If you spend 20+ hours a week on your business - I recommend choosing weekly session.

Q. How many times can I email between sessions?

A. To keep it productive and manageable, I recommend a max of 2 emails per week. These should be used to get feedback and direction on actionable steps and address urgent matters when these come up.

Q. How long would it take to get an email response from you?

A. To ensure I'm addressing everyone's emails promptly and with full attention, I will typically respond within 24 hours, but please allow up to 48 hours in case things get busy. Suppose this is an urgent matter you must resolve immediately. In that case, you should mention it in your email, and I will address it urgently.

Q. Why is there a 3 months commitment for this program?

A. Setting up the right development and production process takes time. First, we need to make sure that you have all your ducks in a raw and prepared for this stage. Then, we'll identify resources, test them, set up procedures in place, and so on. Therefore, less than 3 months will NOT be a good use of your money and both of our time.

Q. Can I sign up for this program but work with you on planning on other business matters, such as planning, budgeting, etc., or is the program only for production?

A. Yes, you can. In fact, if you need help with your overall business and would like to have someone like me at your fingertips, feel free to sign up. We can work together on other parts of your business, such as planning, costing, market positioning, financial planning, etc.

Q. I already have a factory that I like working with, but I still need help managing and planning my development and production better. Would this still be a great program for me?

A. Yes. Having the right factory is obviously a huge benefit, but that's not enough. To get great results, you need to be prepared and have procedures in place so things will run smoothly, and we would set those up in this program.
